About
Our purpose is to help teenage males 13 and 18 develop skills and qualities that include the ability to identify alternatives and solutions to the problems and challenges they face daily.
Our focus is to help teenage males disrupt undesired behaviors, establish new pathways of thinking and seeing the world, and develop the types of skills and pro-social support networks that ultimately result in gentlemen qualities for success.
The Organization and it’s board of directors, which is organized under the North Carolina Nonprofit Corporation Act, shall operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes and in a manner consistent with Chapter 55A of the General Statutes of North Carolina and Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or successor provisions.

Our Mission
Our primary mission is to use the barbershop atmosphere as a safe space and
platform for teenage males to voice and be helped with their confronted issues while cultivating
gentlemen qualities.
Our Vision
Our vision is that teenage males will have a safe space to engage and enjoy open
and honest dialogue and discussion about real life issues that concern them. Our desire is to influence
policies that create generations of positive, unique and productive gentlemen.
